Tulane-focused NIL collective Fear The Wave releases ‘Team Like No Other’ NIL posters
Stephen Lew-USA TODAY Sports

After a down year in 2021, the Tulane football team finished the 2022 college football season with a 10-2 record, and appearances in the AAC championship game, as well as the Cotton Bowl.

Tulane rolled to a win over No. 22 UCF at home, avenging a regular season loss just three weeks prior, and a week later the Green Wave pulled out an improbable 46-45 victory over Pac-12 powerhouse No. 10 USC in the bowl game, which was their first win in a New Year’s Six Bowl game since the 1934 Sugar Bowl.

All of their team success has led to other opportunities in name, image and likeness. Tulane-focused NIL collective “Fear The Wave” is now making an impact for student-athletes.

Fear The Wave created a unique NIL opportunity for quarterback Michael Pratt, offensive lineman Sincere Haynesworth, and linebackers Nick Anderson and Dorian Williams.

The collective announced that it is selling limited edition 12×18 “Team Like No Other” NIL posters.

The collective says that a portion of the sales will be donated to the Children’s Hospital of New Orleans. Additional money from the sales will support the collective and the Tulane football stars as well.

“To continue to compete for championships in all of our sports, our North Star has been our student-athletes underscored in today’s collegiate landscape, that includes having a strong name, image and likeness collective providing opportunities for our students,” Tulane Senior Associate Athletic Director Kortne Gosha told The NIL Deal in a recent interview.
