Eagles reunite Nick Sirianni with one of his former Colts wideouts
Trevor Ruszkowski-USA TODAY Sports

The Philadelphia Eagles are adding another weapon for Jalen Hurts in free agency.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Birds are signing wide receiver Parris Campbell to a one-year deal.

Campbell, 26, was originally a second-round pick out of Ohio State by the Indianapolis Colts back in 2019.

During the same time, Nick Sirianni was the Colts' offensive coordinator but unfortunately, injuries plagued to first three seasons of Campbell's career.

He played his first four seasons with the Colts, logging his best year in 2022 as he reeled in a career-high 63 catches for 632 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

Campbell left Indianapolis last March and signed a one-year deal with the Eagles' division rival New York Giants.

He had an underwhelming 2023 season with 20 catches for 104 yards and no touchdowns through 12 games.

In 44 career games so far, Campbell has racked up 117 catches for 1,087 yards and five touchdowns. He's also 11 carries for 108 yards on the ground.

Campbell reuniting with a familiar face in Philly and joining a team that features an elite quarterback could mean a better season, similar to the one two years ago, is in store for him.

He joins DeVante Parker as the other Eagles' free agency wide receiver signing so far.
